Guided deep breathing exercises to relax the body and calm the mind.

Starting from the toes and working up to the head, we'll release tension from each muscle group as we focus on relaxation.

Guided meditation focusing on deepening the state of relaxation, using calming imagery and soothing language to deepen the trance state.
